They are just the right length of time imho. The quality seems fine, but maybe turn the sound up a bit more?

Also could you open another thread so I can make some requests?

Thanks for your feedback. I will have a look to see if anything can be done about the volume. We are looking to also make helpvids a user submit site for help videos. Is that something you think would be usefull?
